In-Home Styling Service
A thoughtfully styled home feels layered, personal, and effortlessly collected. Our In-Home Styling Service was created for homeowners throughout Buffalo, NY and surrounding Western New York communities including Amherst, Clarence, Orchard Park, East Aurora, Williamsville, Elmwood Village, and Parkside who want professional help furnishing, styling, and completing their interiors without undertaking a full renovation.
At Rust Belt, we take a curated, hands-on approach to styling by carefully selecting furnishings, rugs, lighting, artwork, décor, and accessories tailored specifically to your home, lifestyle, and aesthetic. Whether refreshing a single room or styling multiple spaces throughout the home, our goal is to create interiors that feel cohesive, functional, elevated, and deeply personal.
How the Process Works
The process begins with a $250 styling deposit, which is applied toward your final styling fee. Once booked, a member of the Rust Belt design team will schedule a video consultation to better understand your home, project goals, aesthetic preferences, lifestyle needs, and budget.
During the consultation, we will:
Determine the number of rooms included in the styling project
Finalize the overall styling fee
Review your investment range and estimated furnishing budget
Discuss your aesthetic preferences, existing pieces, and overall design direction
Refine the styling approach to ensure the finished spaces feel cohesive, layered, and tailored specifically to your home
Following the consultation, our team begins curating furniture, rugs, lighting, artwork, accessories, and décor selections specifically for your project. Every piece is thoughtfully selected to complement your home’s architecture, layout, color palette, and overall interior style.
Styling Fees
One Room — $850
Two Rooms — $1,550
Three Rooms — $2,325
Each Additional Room — $500
Small Spaces (Entryway, Powder Bath, etc.) — $650
The initial $250 styling deposit will be applied toward your final styling fee.
Product Minimum
A minimum product investment of $2,500 is required to ensure a thoughtfully curated selection of furnishings, lighting, décor, artwork, rugs, and accessories that fully bring the space together. Our team works closely with clients to make selections that align with both aesthetic goals and budget expectations.

Please note that this service does not include floor plans, technical drawings, or concept boards. All furnishings and décor items are priced individually, and standard promotions or discounts do not apply to styling purchases.
Timeline & Styling Day Expectations
A Rust Belt stylist will contact you within 48 business hours of booking to schedule your consultation. Installations typically take place approximately 2–3 weeks after the consultation has been completed.
A $2,500 product deposit is due within 24 hours of signing the styling agreement. All product pricing and selections will be reviewed and approved before installation day.
On styling day, our team arrives with all curated furnishings, artwork, lighting, rugs, and accessories ready to transform the space. Every item is thoughtfully placed and styled to create interiors that feel balanced, functional, and visually cohesive.
Selected pieces will remain in the home for up to 48 hours, allowing you time to experience the refreshed space. During this period, you will receive a detailed invoice outlining the cost of each item. After 48 hours, our team will return to remove any items you choose not to keep and adjust the invoice accordingly.
Final payment is due within 24 hours of receiving the completed invoice.
Travel & Availability
Our In-Home Styling Service is available within approximately 45 miles of Buffalo, NY. Travel fees may apply for locations beyond this range.
