This downtown redevelopment project converted a space that had been vacant for more than 50 years into a bright, modern, and incredibly functional family home for a newly single mom. This 1,900 square foot, 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath, upper-level home project brought outdoor space to downtown living with a new roof deck, a double sided fireplace, and incorporated coveted garage parking into the building.
